Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service and Order Desk team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, sales, order processing, and administrative support.
Customer Service
Working closely with our existing team, you will support customers within our distribution network and manage the complete customer service cycle—from order entry and coordination through delivery, as well as handling returns and credit requests.
Order Processing
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing orders by phone and email
Preparing invoices
Managing returns and credit requests
Providing outstanding customer support throughout the order process
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Strong sales and customer service abilities
Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word (required)
Experience with order management software such as Acomba (an asset)
Knowledge of the animal nutrition industry (an asset)
